ABOUT DEEPCURA

2 Humans. 7 AI Agents. 6,000+ Clinicians.

We built DeepCura to prove something: a small team powered by AI agents can deliver a platform that is more capable, more secure, and more personal than anything a 200-person company with $50 million in funding can build. And we did.

THE THESIS

We give superhuman powers to the small practice. And we are the breathing proof of it.

A solo family medicine doctor in Sacramento should have the same technology as a 500-physician hospital system. The same AI receptionist answering calls at 2 AM. The same clinical documentation engine. The same EHR write-back. The same multilingual support for their patient population.

That used to require a six-figure IT budget and a team of administrators. Now it requires DeepCura and a phone call to Emily.

When users experience our platform and witness that it is 10x more capable than heavily funded competitors, that is not an accident. It is the ultimate proof of what AI agents can do for any practice — solo or enterprise. If two humans and seven agents can build and operate a platform serving 6,000+ clinicians across 50+ specialties, imagine what those same agents can do for your front desk, your documentation, and your patient communication.

Healthcare software has been overpriced for decades. The industry charges $300, $500, even $1,000 per provider per month — not because the technology costs that much, but because the companies behind it employ hundreds of people and pass that payroll to you. DeepCura does not have a 200-person sales team, a 50-person engineering department, or a floor of account managers. We have two people, seven AI agents, and zero overhead to justify. That is why we can offer a more complete platform at a fraction of the cost — and that is not too good to be true. It is just what happens when AI replaces headcount instead of adding to it.

We are not a software vendor. We are a glimpse of what every small practice will look like in five years.

Fernando Cowan

Technical Founder · Forbes Business Council Member

Fernando designed, built, and operates DeepCura — the backend, the frontend, the AI agents, the infrastructure, the marketing, and the growth strategy. Not as a proof of concept, but as a profitable, production platform serving thousands of clinicians daily.

His thesis is simple: the era of scaling companies with headcount is over. DeepCura is not just a healthcare AI platform — it is a living case study that a single founder with the right AI agents can build and operate what used to require 50 engineers, 20 salespeople, and $30 million in venture capital.

DeepCura is fully bootstrapped and profitable — we have never taken a dollar of outside funding. The platform runs on AWS infrastructure that operates autonomously — every agent, every call, every note continues whether we are online or asleep. There is no single point of failure because the system was designed from day one to never depend on any individual being at a desk. Our advisor, Sudeep Bath, Founder & CEO of HealthArc, has raised $7 million in healthcare technology at his own company and brings deep domain expertise in scaling health-tech platforms. His guidance helps shape our strategy, but the capital behind DeepCura is our own revenue.

THE AGENT NETWORK

7 AI Agents That Run the Company

Most companies hire people to scale. We built agents. Each one operates autonomously, 24/7, handling work that would require an entire department at a traditional company.

AI ONBOARDING CONSULTANT

Emily

Voice-first setup agent with 22 agentic functions. She configures your entire workspace through a single conversation — practice info, note templates, AI model selection, and EHR connections.

PHONE SYSTEM ARCHITECT

AI Receptionist Builder

Takes Emily's handoff and builds your AI receptionist from scratch — call scripts, knowledge base, voice selection, phone number provisioning, and department routing.

24/7 FRONT DESK

Your AI Receptionist

Answers every call. Books appointments. Screens emergencies. Takes clinical messages. Warm-transfers when needed. Speaks multiple languages. Never calls in sick.

CLINICAL DOCUMENTATION

AI Scribe

Ambient listening across 5 AI engines — GPT-5, Claude, Gemini, and more. Generates SOAP, APSO, or fully custom notes in seconds. Writes directly back to your EHR.

PRE-VISIT INTELLIGENCE

AI Nurse Copilot

Collects patient history, symptoms, and intake data before the visit starts. Hands the clinician a structured summary so they can focus on care, not paperwork.

PAYMENTS & INVOICING

AI Billing

Generates invoices, sends payment links via SMS, and processes copays and outstanding balances — so your front desk never has to chase a payment again.

DEEPCURA SALES & SUPPORT

Company Receptionist

Answers DeepCura's own sales calls, qualifies leads, routes support requests, and onboards new practices — 24/7, without a human sales team.

TRUST & SECURITY

Small Team. Enterprise Security.

Your data is safe. Every call recording, patient name, appointment, and clinical note is encrypted at rest and in transit. DeepCura has been independently audited by Google's Cloud Application Security Assessment (CASA) program and passed at Tier 2 — the same standard required of apps handling sensitive data for millions of users. Being lean does not mean cutting corners. It means every line of infrastructure was built by someone who is personally accountable for it.

Unlike self-scoped audits, CASA Tier 2 is defined and validated by Google — we don't choose what gets tested.

THE TRUST NETWORK

We Don't Hire Departments. We Hire the Best.

A 200-person company hires a security team, a compliance department, and an IT infrastructure group. We partner with the same world-class specialists they would — without 198 extra salaries passed on to you.

SECURITY & PENETRATION TESTING

TAC Security

TAC Security conducted DeepCura's full penetration testing assessment and guided us through Google's CASA Tier 2 certification — the same security standard required of apps handling sensitive data at scale. When Google needs to verify an application's security posture, TAC is who they trust.

CONTINUOUS HIPAA COMPLIANCE

Sprinto

Sprinto automates DeepCura's HIPAA compliance monitoring around the clock — continuous evidence collection, policy enforcement, and audit readiness. Not a binder on a shelf. A live compliance engine that runs 24/7, so our security posture is always current, always verifiable.

CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE

Amazon Web Services

DeepCura runs on the same AWS infrastructure trusted by Epic, Oracle Health, and the largest health systems in the country. Enterprise-grade encryption, multi-region redundancy, and 99.99% uptime SLAs — independent of team size. Your data never leaves HIPAA-eligible AWS services.

This is the model. Two humans set the vision. Seven AI agents execute the work. World-class partners guarantee the security, compliance, and infrastructure. The result is a platform with enterprise-grade trust at a fraction of enterprise cost.

THE FUTURE IS AGENTIC

A New Era of Agentic Native Companies

In the early 2000s, there were companies that “had a website” and companies that were born on the internet. Borders put a catalog online. Amazon built the entire company around the web. Blockbuster added a streaming tab. Netflix made streaming the foundation. In every case, the companies built on the new paradigm didn't just compete with the incumbents — they made them obsolete.

We are now at the same inflection point with AI agents. Most healthcare companies are bolting AI onto legacy operations — a chatbot here, a copilot there — while keeping 200-person departments intact underneath. They are Borders with a website. DeepCura is something fundamentally different: the first healthcare company that is agentic native at the company layer.

What does that mean? It means AI agents are not a feature we sell. They are the operating system we run on. Our company receptionist is an AI agent. Our onboarding consultant is an AI agent. Our clinical documentation, our front desk automation, our billing, our pre-visit intake — all agents. And here is the part that changes everything: the same agents that run DeepCura are the same products we deliver to your practice. We do not just sell AI. We live inside it, every hour of every day. Every bug we fix, every workflow we improve, every edge case we handle — we discover it first because we are our own most demanding customer.

This is why two humans and seven agents can match the output of a 500-person company. Not because we work harder. Because when AI agents are the foundation — not an add-on — every process runs at machine speed, 24 hours a day, with zero coordination overhead. There are no standups, no handoffs, no Slack threads debating priorities. There is just work getting done, continuously and autonomously.

Think of it like electricity replacing steam. Early factories bolted electric motors onto the same belt-and-pulley systems designed for steam engines. Productivity barely improved. It wasn't until a new generation of factories were designed around electricity — with individual motors at each workstation, flexible floor plans, and processes that were impossible under steam — that the real revolution happened. The gain was not 10%. It was 10x. That is the difference between adding AI to your company and being agentic native.

Agentic native companies are the future of every industry. In healthcare, DeepCura is first. And because we build the company on the same agents we give to you — when we get better, you get better. Automatically.

THE PROMISE

If We Can Do It, So Can Your Practice

Every time a solo practitioner sees our platform handle multilingual calls, generate clinical notes across 5 AI engines, write back to their EHR, and manage their entire front desk — and then learns that all of this is built and run by 2 people — something clicks.

It is not disbelief. It is hope.

Hope that the playing field has finally leveled. That a two-provider urgent care clinic can operate with the same technological capability as a health system with thousands of employees. That the size of your team no longer determines the quality of care you can deliver.

We are not selling software. We are demonstrating what is now possible — for you, for your practice, and for every patient who walks through your door.
